Your enquiry and privacy

What the form records

When you request a discussion, KaxonSys stores your name, email, business and role, topic, the issue you describe, your agreement to this use, and the submission time. These details help us review and respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

What stays on this page

The five-question bottleneck check runs in your browser. Its answers are not sent with your enquiry and are cleared when the page reloads. The worksheet can be downloaded without providing contact details.

Handling your information

Enquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database for KaxonSys to review. Hosting providers process information needed to operate the site. When email is enabled, our email provider processes your submitted details to send you a summary and notify KaxonSys. The acknowledgement goes to the email address you provide; please check it carefully. Submitting this form does not book a meeting. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential client details, or complete financial records.

Protecting the form

Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests for abuse before an enquiry is saved or emailed. Short-lived rate-limit records use keyed identifiers rather than raw IP addresses or email addresses. Security logs contain rejection reasons and technical request identifiers, not your message or verification token.

Corrections or removal

Use the enquiry form to ask KaxonSys to correct or remove a previous enquiry. Include its reference if you have it, and use the same email so we can follow up on your request.
